Join Us for a Fun-Filled Fundraiser Supporting the Douglas County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit!
The Nevada Car Coalition is proud to present an exciting fundraising event in support of the Douglas County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit! Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 16, from 10 AM to 3 PM (PDT) and head over to enjoy a day packed with fun, community spirit, and appreciation for our hardworking K-9 officers.
Our dedicated K-9 Unit plays a vital role in law enforcement, assisting in search and rescue operations, detecting narcotics, and ensuring public safety. These highly trained K-9 officers and their handlers work tirelessly to protect our community—but they rely solely on donations for funding. Your participation in this event directly helps provide necessary training, equipment, and care for these incredible dogs.

Cost: $40/per vehicle. Includes T-Shirt and goodie bag
Date: Saturday, August 16th, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PDT

Registration on the same day of the event is $40, space permitting. Credit card processing will be available.

Award Ceremony
From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, attendees will have the chance to cast their votes through our online voting system for a variety of exciting award categories. This is your opportunity to recognize some of the most stunning vehicles and unique builds at the show!

The awards ceremony will celebrate the incredible diversity and craftsmanship of the vehicles on display. Winners will be announced and presented with trophies at 2:00pm. Don’t miss your chance to vote and cheer on your favorites!
Frequently Asked Questions
The cost for this event is $40.00, which will include a T-Shirt.
If you pre-register prior to August 2nd, you will receive your T-shirt on the day of the Show. If you register after August 2nd or on the day of the show, you will get your shirt a few weeks after the show.
No, we will have limited space so we strongly recommend that if you want to be in a group, you come together.
Yes, we will have the capability to take your credit card on the day of the show.
Voting is people’s choice except for the top 6 awards. Voting begins at 10:00am and will end at 2:00pm. Award ceremony is at 3:00pm.
Voting will be conducted via electronic ballot.
